How many flavors per order?

We have a limit of one flavor per dozen macarons.

What flavors do you carry?

We offer a wide variety of flavors with unique combinations. You may view our menu flavors here.

What are the primary ingredients in your macarons?

Main ingredients for our macarons are almond flour, egg whites, granulated sugar and powdered sugar. Additionally depending on flavor, it may include dry tea leaves, dry powder, and nut flours like pistachio, hazelnut or pecan. Food coloring is optional. Since macarons are made strictly from nut flours, nuts are part of our recipe. We recommend those with nut allergies refrain from eating our products.

Fillings will differ depending on flavor, but may include: unsweetened cocoa powder, dry powder, chocolate chips, dairy (heavy cream/unsalted butter), jam/jelly, extract, and/or nuts. Food coloring is optional.

How big are the macarons?

Today She Loves Macarons are piped by hand and will vary in size between 1.20″ – 1.80+” in diameter per macaron. Character macarons will also vary in size.

Do you offer customized macarons?

Yes, we’d love to think outside the box! We can create custom flavors and hand paint personalized designs on our macarons. Pricing depends on the complexity of the design. Please contact us for more information.

Where are your macarons baked?

Our macarons are baked at a home kitchen operating under the Texas Food Cottage Law.

How should I store Today She Loves’ macarons?

For best results, these French macarons will be at its best during the first week of delivery or stored in the freezer in an air tight container for up to 3 weeks. If you do not finish your macarons in one sitting, please place in the refrigerator.

When is the latest I can place an order?

To ensure quality baking time, please place your order at least 2 weeks advance notice to thoroughly bake, design and plan your customized order. All orders must be paid in full within 24 hours of confirmation via Venmo.

What is your cancellation policy?

2 weeks notice – 100% refund
1 week notice – 75% refund
4 days notice – 50% refund
Less than 4 days notice – 0% refund

We are located in the surrounding areas of Austin, TX.

Do you offer delivery?

Although we do not deliver, we can meet at a neutral location. Please message us to make arrangements.
